Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I thought that the FFF, was  3/4 yoyo, back to a front flip, repeat.   Also called a flip-flop.

Am I wrong?

Then there is a French Flic Flac (American version/ FFF) or some have called it a French Roll Up.
You may have missed the part that says "American Version"
So, NO you are not wrong.

I do believe the flip flop is the reverse of the flic flac / french flic flack. You start out with the kite in the normal nose up flying position, pull the nose fwd, flip the kite backwards till almost rolled up, pull fwd untill nose is down again, repeat. Or is it called something else?

The French Flic Flac I do is the "American Version". It rolls UNDER. It's no more than an over rotated Flic Flac.

Here is the real french version
