Here's wishing the entire kiting world who celebrates America's Independence Day a very happy holiday.  And to those that do not celebrate it--blissful breezes.

Happy Independence Day!!

Saw that beautiful kite last week at JT's.  Huh  You got some real class.  It says a lot to who you are and what you believe in.  There is more to that.  It represents a message you are going to bestow on others.  A sense of pride and respect for your country and flag... For others who would not ask.  Let me say ... I know that kite cost you a few extra piasters. Again a non-selfish act on your part.  I salute your kite and you.   Smiley Smiley

Hi Vertigo.

Thank you for those kind words. I've been starting to lean to more red/white/blue schemes on my kites and I thought this would be a nice one to have built.

The colors just sort of happened. A while back-there was a Mamba with a r/w/b color scheme and that looked awesome. It just reinforced my desire to have this one made.

I absolutely love it. It is what I call a "Light Standard". It is a standard sail with a lighter than standard frame.  My goal was to gain 1 mph on the low end of the wind range and will keep almost all of the top end of the wind range. The wind always gusts here in the Dallas area so I needed a stronger frame than that of a true UL.

She flies like a dream. And I noticed immediately how light it was compared to my Std WM. I could not be more pleased with it.
