One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Nice and clean
Those yoyo stopers are not so sharp as before or I'm wrong.
Enjoy new kite....

Yeah, he rounded them off from the previous version based on flyer feedback.  The previous ones were indeed quite sharp, these are blunt - no chance of sail damage.

Tom,
Has he cut out the entire leading edge under the claws or just slit it and slid the upper part in? I suppose I could just look at it, but I've been in work mode so long I feel like retiring  NOW!!  Cry

thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim, only cut a 1/4 " top and bottom to install in the sky claws, not the whole LE. Very easy to install.
Take two to three minutes and it done.

Thanks Lam!
So are you still making the SUL vent? (Transformer)  If you are, what would be your recommendation for the the skills or lack thereof for me and Cindy?

Oooooh.  I like the gold sail.

I guess I'll go ahead and share mine as well.  It's yummy!!!

Also had the Fearless SSUL that I bought from 'bigweels' reframed to regular SUL as I just felt better having a little stronger frame.

I told Lam the next time I bust my SUL Transformer to do the upgrade: Vents and claw upgrade with dull points. I have no problem with the sharp pointed claws. Just be careful when bagging the kite at the end of the day. Seeing this photo it makes sense on the design. Small vent windows as Z's just to capture any updrafts during tricking. Just another prefection add-on from the MASTER to this TRICK MONSTER.

He told me he found some fabric that he liked on his last trip, I think this is it.  I have no idea what the letters signify, but it's cool- I like it.

They make locks.
