One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.

Can anybody give me some thoughts about this kite?

Sail material?
Construction quality?
Trick capable?

I think that is the kite that turns into a crime fighting robot whenever trouble is near. (Previous conversation on the old forum) Good to have around soccer players.    Wink Wink

I've had mine for a couple of years and really love it.  Very trickable, but also nice solid tracking.

Quality of finish is not quite Blue Moon, but is very good - at least on par with a Chinese made Prism.  Sail is polyester (I'm guessing around 0.6 oz). My Eyesight is a Chinese framed kite, but I believe the ones available in the US are Skyshark framed.  I replaced the lower spreaders on mine with Skyshark 5PTs.  They are easier to get in and out of the leading edge fittings than the Chinese 'no brand' ones.

The graphic is a "love it or hate it" design.  I don't mind it at all, but a lot of people have said it is the world's ugliest sport kite.  Whatever floats your boat, I guess.

I'm surprised it isn't a more popular kite, I reckon it is great value for money, and I'm keeping mine!

Thanks Kevin exactly what I wanted to know.

I've got one in my sights....framed in P-2X w/ 5pt LS.
I figure at 80 to 100 feet away at my age I won't see the graphics. Cheesy

Jannie on the old forum thought a Yellow Breeze was the ugliest kite in the world. So, I guess my Breeze will have some competition.

I like the way the Eyesight looks. Definitely different than what's "normal" in trick kite graphics. I've also seen a couple of videos of it and like how it looks tricking too.

Pull the trigger on that deal and get it. If you don't like it, send me an email.

I pulled the trigger and this is what it looks like. So far I really
like it, but I'll keep you in mind if things change.

Looks really nice - and so does the flying location.

Let us know what you think of it after you've had a bit of time on the lines

Let's face it, the location looks a tad better than the kite.
I will let you know how the kite does. So far it feels light on
the end of the lines and will Jacobs Ladder very nice and I
have seen in a video where it will Backspin very nice, but I
can't Backspin ...........yet, but this kite will teach it to me.

Don't know about the colors, but I like the way this one looks.  How could anyone that grew up with transformers not like it.

Then again, I like kites with faces.

I didn't have a choice on colors, because this was the last one.
On another site I did see one that looked (color) a lot better than this one. If it is possible to look better.  Cheesy

Sweet looking beach. The Eyesight doesn't look bad either and it won't be confused with any other kite. Fly it and enjoy yourself if you like the way it tricks, well ... it'll start looking a lot better to you.

Sweet looking beach indeed. I have had some fantastic flying
time on that beach. Here's another shot with a better looking
kite.......but not much better.  Cheesy
