Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I got to see the Echo in person at the Atlantic Coast festival a couple of weeks ago.

It's a smaller indoor / zero wind kite, roughly the same size as the Prism 3D... From what I remember Lisa saying, they developed it because she was not a fan of trying to fly a full sized zero wind kite indoors.  It's got the micro carbon construction and a really cool curved standoff solution.  She was flying on fairly short lines, which she larks-head knotted to her pinkies, so she could do throw/catch maneuvers with it.

They had put a couple of my pictures of it in the blog post, I think there are a few more on my Flickr account: http://www.flickr.com/photos/alloyjared/sets/72157617696869238/

My wife and I flew one briefly a month or so ago. I liked it and my wife liked it enough to order one. I don't fly indoors enough to get one myself and figured I could fly hers when I did  Smiley  I ordered a Hydra instead.

Size and flight seemed somewhat similar to a Wren, but you didn't have to be as gentle with the Echo.

See ya,
Bill
