Welcome to the GWTW Forum.

One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Fly to top of window in a strong wind
Turn 180° and pull back on lines equally
The rest is timing

It really helps if you lock your elbows and power up the kite jerking your hands towards your face when the nose is at Six O'Clock.

If you redo your input at the before the "timing" runs out and the pull hard you can do multiples and it becomes a Pelouse piquer du nez Redeux.

I like to enter it from my favourite move - the Tipwrap Crashcade - for a spectacular finish to my routine. Cheesy

I usually see it done with hands over your head and outstretched at approximately the 2:00 & 10:00 o'clock positions, standing on your toes just before completion is optional but may add style points at some events. Get to know your judges.

LOL   Cheesy  Cheesy Cheesy

... and I think it is more spectacular when there is neither "pelouse" nor "sable" but rather "de ciment irrégulière".
Especially the sound can be quite aesthetic!

AH so many variations on inputs though.  A local boy here does it with arms locked over his head in the 9 and 12 oclock positions with a slight left lean on one foot in a flamingo stance. Tongue

I've secretly felt the judges would prefer a Karate Kid fighting crane posture input just before the "timing thing".

I think Ca Ike referred to a "pas de quatre" in "troisieme position" with a final "grand jetté"...
