Not sure if the picture will show or not. It's bridled at the bottom only in one point. Fairly stable, when there was enough wind.

You right a single point bridle is stable. They can adjust quickly to changes in the wind. The big weakness is they are hard to launch.
For a traditional two point bridle connect the upper part to the spar at the leading edge and attach a pig tail using a "prusik knot" for the tow point. This knot is quickly adjustable to different wind speed.
