One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

My daughter Shea has been doing collector resin toys for less than a year.

Here is her website:

http://frankenfactory.com/

She taught herself: sculpting, mold making, casting and airbrush.

Well, she has been entered in 3 categories for the Designer Toy Awards.

Now that the entries have been whittled down, she is an official nominee

in 1 category: FAN FAVORITE

This turns out to be a popularity contest with anyone being allowed to vote

up to once a day.

So, if you have some spare time, go to this website:

http://www.designertoyawards.com/categories

Click on the upper right button: FAN FAVORITE

Scroll down to Wolfgirl by Shea Brittain and

click on CAST YOUR VOTE.

Register and vote up to once a day.

Yes, I realize you're not a collector of resin toys.

But Shea is a sometimes kite pilot.

Thanks.

Here is a more recent shot of her from the Frankenfactory website:

http://www.frankenfactory.com/aboutfrankenfactory/index.html

And yes, daddy is very proud of her.

+1 Neat Desk accessory or small run collectibles. Maybe she could past favorites like the vapor or elixir? TOTL?
