Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

The WM std does the old school stuff quite well as does the exile as Ian suggests. Unless you have really light winds I would rather have the WM std and take off the tail weight and the upper spreader which flies almost like an UL. Also bear in mind that the WM ul has 2pt leading edges which are easily broken if you are a newbie. The std is much more of a flexible option for wind range. How experienced a flyer are you ..... I presume very?

Despite the build quality not being as good I think the NSE is a nicer kite to fly than the WM especially with Nitro LS. The NSE has a deeper and I think nicer turtle but the WM is better at tazes.

The talon std or UL is also right up there but is a bit quicker and more tricky than all of the above. Personally I would for a std talon but hey I like trick flying. I hope this helps  Cool
