Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

So is it confirmed?
Did Art pass away?

Art was a snow bird, he and his wife always came to Hawaii during the winter. I met Art back in 1989, a very friendly, warm and funny man
who was very generous with info and knowledge. He taught me A LOT about handling and flying big kites, and he made some very big kites.
He would always call me when he got into town because he need a ride to whatever park that was blowing the best, and I always picked him up to go and fly his newest creation. We lost a great man and kite maker.

Rest in Peace my friend, it was an honor and privilege to fly and learn from you.
