Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Short, intense rain storm today at Antelope Island.

One kite rode out the storm, I think it was by Jose Sainz

I hope there were plenty of non-rainy/muddy times while you were there Allen.  Smiley

I got a HUGE kick out of this.

I had seen the wind ramp up and jumped on my Manta Land Sailer.  The wind before this rain was epic and I was zipping along the horizon while this video was being filmed.

I was drenched but had a mud soaked smile on my face at a ride I will not forget.

Oh yea...I also left my tent-camper windows open and slept in a water puddle that night.

But it still was a GREAT time!

It was great to meet you Alan.
