I am looking for instructions for a WD foil.  Tried the "wayback" site, but it seems to not want to do it.  Does anyone have a set they could scan for me?  I got this from a friend that past years ago and just took it out for the first time and the bridle is not adjusted correctly.

Thanks.

Which model do you have? I've had both the Windance 1 and 2. Still have a Windance 1. The bridles are very simple to adjust. you vary the set point with the wind your flying in, but not by much. I can check the settings on mine, I was flying it just yesterday in some 15mph stuff... Too Much Fun...  Grin
I can send you a pic of the setup if you like.

Thank you. I know the rear bridle lines are not attached correctly, but not sure how to do it without seeing it.

Guess I've never paid attention to front and rear on the cross bridling , just fixed and adjustable. The adj. should be obvious. Hope the assemble hasn't been completely undone, it's a little fussy getting all the lines back in the right order.  Wink

41 pages Huh Man, must teach you how to sew one! By the way Shawn these like to be kept in motion. I've found them to be a little fickle in unsteady winds, a little to easy to collapse the sail. Keeps you on your toes though and you get the knack for snapping it back into flying form. They ARE a lot of fun to fly  Grin

If you do get them scanned, do you think you can ship them off to Mike (zippy8) to add to to Google library that has been set up:
a directory full of these files on my Google space, complete with easy to view, easy to download interface.

Hello,

Sorry for posting in an old thread but I was wondering if you still have the Winddance 3 manual available still in PDF format.  I dragged a few of my foil kites out of my bag this weekend after literally years of collecting dust, and everyone (including my 6 year old son) loved them.  Would love to get my Winddance 3 back in top shape.

Thanks!
Carl

I have a 2 and 3 if I can help in any way.  Photos or measurements.  Back in the day I got them adjusted pretty good.  As mentioned above they are a little finiky at the edges of the wind window but I think they are a blast.  They also are a good choice to hand new flyers.

My 10 yr olds have been flting them for a couple of years.
