One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I had the Sea Devil Light a few years back and later I sold it as I decided to leave kiting.  At that time, I did not really click on with it.

Now, I am back to kiting and recently just get a used one from temple.  All I can say is WoW, and for some reason I click on with this kite right a way this time.  I can do yoyo-lazy susan and wap-do-wap so easily with it and also the comete too.  I have more air time with the light version than the standard one as I think it flies better.

I really love this kite.

The SD light is supposed to be 310 grams, only 13 grams less than the standard. With 5pt lower spreaders in mine, it flies easily into UL range. I fly my SD light all the time, my last 2 entries into VF have been flying it. I like mine so much, I'm thinking I need a SUL. Maybe an all white one so I can see it during the darker months. My all black Fearless Tattoo is just about useless in December !

So I should closet all my kites for a few years, to age them properly? Why don't the manufacturers do this for me?! Wine makers don't sell you grape juice. Sad

I fully expect someone to miss the sarcasm here, so, disclaimer: sarcasm.
