Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

 Huh
Good video, but man thats heavy for an SUL. There are full size kites that are UL's that are that weight, or less.

Yes, but this SUL flies much sooner than a Essence SUL, and definitely sooner than a Transformer SUL.
They weigh less, but the Essence's spine is shorter and the sail-area is much less. The Transformer is only 2,20m.

Please fly one, it is amazing.  Grin

Links to kitecompanies are not permitted, right?

Google "diamondkites".

The Veyron is 240 x 96 cm.
They have developed a STD (I've got also a movie with that one), a UL and a SUL.

And remember the about 30gr. of extra tailweight ;-)

Cometes are normaly very much better to fly and Cyniques are extreme easy with the SUL...Precision is Ok, because the tailweight makes it oversteer in fast loops coming out...very good trick kite !

It's not only a question of weight.
My Exile UL weighs close to 250g with its all 3PT frame and flies and tricks in lower wind than the NSE WW and the KFX WW for example, which both are about 30g lighter.
