My understanding it is one of the first with skincurving. I think the name is called Relax, wondering if it is still available and/or who make it. Any information would be helpful.

I don't know what that kite is, I can only post what the Relax II looks like. Might help.

Your photo is from this website: http://gddweb.org/stunt.html"A slightly altered version of the Relax, a kite described in Shimmelpfennigs book "Phantatishes Drachenwelt", and one of the first kites with skincurving. The name says it all, it is a very relaxing kite to fly. Very good tracking, and an even pull all over the wind window. I even use it for powerkiting in stormy weather."

If I'm not mistaken, no one. I don't know that it was made commercially. I could be incorrect. I know the ReflexII was not a commercial kite. The plans out for public use.

interesting to look at some of the techniques used then to build this kite. Maybe post in the building section.

That is the english version of Schimmelpfennig's book. If you have it please send me the publisher info so i can try and find a copy to add to my shelf Some of those older designs with mild modification make great trick kites.
