Looking for ID of this Kite

My copy of the book is coming from Germany.....25-48 day delivery time........

ooo....but they did discount my shipping.......not coming any faster though..

My copy showed up today.......did not take the estimated 48 shipping days!  and it has the templates in the back too!

Just looked at the plans....there are templates for 4 kites all on one giant piece of folded paper..............yeah!  They include Martin Lester legs plans!!
