Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Had some extra video - I like how it turned out; a bit more laid back.

Finally had a chance to sit at a computer to watch this-- couldn't on my phone; guess it needs to be "made available" or something. So Eli, that is some awesome flying you're doing-- it's just amazing to watch. What a wonderful thing to have those kinds of skillz at your age. It feels to me like all of the possibilities of the Universe are there for you if you want 'em, kiddo.

Thanks for the comments - I'll pass them on.

@vert.  I'd like to take some of the credit, but I haven't taught him all that much in all the years we've been flying. (more like the other way around).  I do get credit for funding our hobby/obsession and getting us out there flying, however!  Smiley  It's a fun way to spend time together - I've always got a potential flying partner.  We plan on working on pair flying, but haven't moved too much in that direction yet.

@Nancy.  Thx for the vote of confidence - it's what I always tell my kids.

I also don't understand why some videos play on phones and some do not.  I don't do anything differently when I upload them, it's just that some get a different syndication setting that others.   I suspect that the music is what determines this - some must not be allowed to play on mobile devices, although I thought that vimeo just played everything.

I will get the same type of message on a YouTube vid on occasion, but it seems to happen a ton with Vimeo. There was another Vimeo video I wasn't able to see (the revs surrounding the dualie), but didn't get that message- just a blank page. Figured it was just too big.

Wish I could figure this out- am on my phone a lot these days. For what it's worth, this doesn't feel like a music thing..... but what you're saying does make sense.
