One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Joe.............I've come up with a much easier trick for you to do. I have never seen this trick on You Tube or any other kite video site. It's a double AVFFF. The video is shakey, because the camcorder is mounted on my baseball cap. Next time I will use a tri-pod to smooth things out. The video is not edited, just trimmed to show this particular trick. So, if you can show me just one of these Double AVFFF I will mail your complimentary Norm's Custom Flight Straps to you. (formerly known as California Custom Flight Straps)
This Challenge is open to everybody. The first person to post a video of them doing the trick will receive 1-pair of Norm's Custom 2 or 3-finger Flight Straps. Joe (Detroit Joey) will receive a pair whenever he decides to post a video of either 4 AVFFF's or 1 Double AVFFF.

Tom, there are no rungs in a AVFFF, as in a JL. But, it is a Double AVFFF, just not Double Wrapped. My bad on Double wrapped.

Takes an old guy a long time to catch on. Yes, it was only one rung, because I needed
oxygen after the first rung. Actually, I did 3 in a row and then went to get the camcorder.
Next time 3 rungs and a tri-pod set-up.

That's the fella... The Talon is a good kite to learn it on too. Get a Wap-do-Wap down first, then add the extra wrap (or 2, or 3, or 4... ;-) )
