Has anyone flown the Level One 'Easy' vented?

One has come up here on Evilbay very cheaply ( at the moment) but I can't find out anything about it on the internet apart from the fact it's 165cm across!

Any good? Can it trick? Worth a bid?  Undecided

All flavours of Easy were well thought of, so much so that Level One put it back into production after they cancelled it. I remember it as "surprising" in that it could do quite a lot for such a small kite. I wouldn't have thought it likely to end up as anyone's first choice kite but a fun alternative for once in a while.

Cheers Mike, thats what I needed to know.  It's been on before and didn't get any bids.  I'll probably give it a bid and see what happens. Smiley

The Vented Easy was my first vented kite years ago. It likes big wind (and doesn't like low wind at all) and axels fast. I remember that the vents kept it from popping out of a turtle. I don't remember if I tried to spin it around to recover. Don't expect to do a lot of tricking because it's so vented. It's a change of pace.

I'm sort of looking for something to fill the gap between when my standards start to get hard work - mid teens and the Delta Hawk comes out to paint the sky - 20mph+. I have a self vented HQ Jive but it sometimes does odd things.

I'm not planning on chasing the Easy too hard, but at the current price it would be worth a bid or two.

I think it may fit what you are looking for.  I flew one a few years ago at Cannon Beach in some crazy winds - it held up well.

As I recall, its kind of small, fast, and has a bendy sort of frame.  I expected it to be terrible before I flew, but liked it afterwards.  Not much for tricks that I remember, but was easy to fly in some very stiff wind.
