One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.

How has the flying been? Low or high winds? How are the beaches in early winter?

Tmadz . . . you going to Florida?  You know there will be some IKE people at TI in January . . . . 

Unfortunately no. I am only trying to live vicariously through others traveling to warmer climates.

Sounds like great conditions. I have to figure out how to live on the coast at some point. Hurricanes and earthquakes keep scaring me away.

I will say the beach flying has been stellar.  With winds this steady and predictable I could fly a refrigerator.  Very easy to fly at the beach.

Today the Quantum Pro Vented worked quite well in St Augustine.

My biggest issue is straying from what I Know.  I know Treasure Island is wide and comfee...so why do I keep driving 6 hrs to TRY another beach?

From now on...I am sticking to Treasure Island.
