One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.

I read where someone used them in one of their kite builds but I can't remember where or who. Can someone tell me how I can purchase a few pair of Lam's SkyClaw Yo-Yo Stoppers?

Thanks!

It was me, both my Sixth Senses are equipped with Skyclaws.
I got some extra's when I bought a kite from Lam.

Just contact Lam.

Thanks! I'll contact Lam to see if he'll part with some. Would your mind telling me the wingspan (tip to tip) of your assembled Sixth Senses?

I don't mind, but I'm not home at the moment (8000km).
You have to wait a week.

Thanks. I appreciate it! To the best of your recollection ...would you categorize the Sixth Sense as a full size duelie? A little larger than full size? A little smaller than full size? or a 3/4 size duelie? ...Full size being 96" to 102".

I was hoping to start the project ASAP! ...Templates...parts planning ....etc. If anyone else cares to share their measurements & whether thay reduced the size of their 6th Sense...fell free to chime in! Thanks!

tip to tip my full size 6th sense is 235cm(92.5") whereas my .85 is 206cm(81").   85% of 235 is 199.7.  I scaled all rod sizes by 85% but the cross connector and Lower LE connectors are the same on both kites. This could account for the difference.  The aspect ratio is probably slightly different as well but its flying and doing all tricks I can do, so I won't alter it for a while.

Thanks a million! Now I'll be able to get started on my Sixth Sense right away!
