Kite flying places in Portland, OR

dihongshao2000: I will be visiting Portland tomorrow and I am wondering where are the best places for kite flying...the places JB made all the rev flying instructional videos.  Thanks. D

ray3619: theres one other place , marine drive across from the airport just west of the sea scout marina small field on the river , max 2 flyers , not much pedestrens this time of year , ray
