Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

If I tell people I fly rogallo wings & they say "Huh?", then I say "You know, stunt kites."  Revs?  You talking about those bow tie things?

If you are bored by flying circles with dual line kites, use your imagination and you will find more challenges than you can handle. Fly on a dog stake - everything is backwards. When you master that, train yourself to fly two dual line kites - one in each hand. Master that and fly two dual line kites blindfolded. Master that and fly two dual line kites on dog stakes. Master that and do it blindfolded. You can make one kite slightly faster so that you can nest its nose of the leading kite, then wind them up, do a double flic-flac, then unwind the mess and bring both to a landing, side by side. Fly to music and practice a routine that reflects the mood and the music. None of these challenges are impossible but they are tough challenges and you will not find yourself bored. You will experience a lot of difficulty but you can do these things.

I challenge you to learn these things and you will get more satisfaction than you ever believed. After all of that, step up to three kites and do it all over again. By that time, you will be about 80 years old.

If you can do all of these routines with quad line kites, I will take my hat off to you.
