Ah that NSE.  Those were framed in Beeman or easton rods and later in skyshark.  YOurs is more than likely Beeman framed in 6-7mm (arrow shafts).  I've seen a couple framed in p-200.  Pam Kirk and Mike Dennis(heads up kites) did a lot of work for TOTL as well as some updated Hawaian team kites on there own.  THey could probably help you with frame options if you need them as well as Jon T and of course Steve when he's back on his feet .

YOurs is more than likely Beeman framed in 6-7mm (arrow shafts).

Your kite, if it's a stock kite, would be framed with .1960 AFC pultruded carbon with a .2200 spine (maybe your spine has a green nock).  I have the piece you need.  Send me pm with your address and I'll send you a few.  Hope you're here in the US      We loved these little kites.  We had trains of six and they flew great!
