The micro usb port on my Blackberry Playbood broke down. After jumping through the tech support hoops, they sent me a prepaid FedEx mailer with the expectation of up to six weeks for a return after repairs. Wow, 1 week later I received a new replacement unit. Doesn't get any better than that.
Just today, I was missing not having this handy tool on the job. So convenient for documenting work flow to show customers what we encountered and what was done to effect repairs.
Good to go with a new playbook... :) :) :)
Not bad, glad they beat their estimate. Verizon always just sends us a new/refurbished 'Droid with a return mailer for the old one.
