Tokyo Bay Kite Party

lummas: Am wondering if anyone knows if the dates for Tokyo Bay Kite Party have been confirmed for this year.  I have Oct 19/20 in my notes.  It looks like I will be making a trip to Asia this year and will be looking to see if I can tie this event in, but want to ensure I have the correct dates. I hear there may be a 'small' celebration for Rev this year! Thanks Mark
