Welcome to the GWTW Forum.
Guests (non-registered users) can view the forum but are unable to post.  If you don't have anything to say then why would you bother to register?
One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Has anyone had any experience or have any information on Aerostuff?  I know the fury's frame is made from it and that the Nirvana NSE std can be made with it, as they have been allowed to use it as a test trial.

It sounds like the future for competition kites.

Let me know what you think.

This is a small amount of the threads that pop up here on the forum if you type aerostuff into the search box.

I have a Fury .85 Aerostuff and am pleased Wink with its performance.  However, the expense Cry and availability Embarrassed of the rods and ferrules is something else.  The rods are $35 plus and a ferrule is some on the order of 28 bucks.  I've been thinking of reframing.

IMO and experience stay away from the silver. For me and a few others they tend to explode. I am not hard on kites

Thanks Steve!   This is great information.  Although I'm new to the forum, I read about what happened, and I hope you are well and wish you a speedy recovery.  Smiley
