One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

This months fly falls on Livingston kite fest(day) on the 14th.  A few of us are already planning on showing up to help out and fly so I encourage all the regulars to come out and join in.  We can have our fly in ripon on the 21st if everyone wants to move it back a week.

Also if anyone wants to make up a flyer for our fun fly days feel free and send me a copy so I can start posting them up around the hobby shops and what not.  We should get the word out more.

Yes we will have the fly this coming sunday.  Been passing the word around a lot so hopefully we will have more newcomers/new fliers showing up as well as seasoned flyers that just didn't know we were there Smiley.  Still looking for flyer ideas so we can use local shops to get more word out.

Dang, Allen... Am sorry to hear that. I love it when you're there. Hope it works out!

In other news, it looks like we will have decent wind and it'll be pretty warm. Oh man, I want my cool weather back. I was so spoiled last year.Cheesy

If Steve comes ask him to bring his Solus with him.

I will let him know, but you have to promise not to mess with it unless he really really wants to make changes. He's indicated that he likes his kite like it is, but may have changed his mind by now. No bulldozing allowed.  Okeydoke?
