One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Hey guys,

I just wanted to get some feedback to see if there was any issues with producing a modified A0 kite plan on an existing publish plan set.  I recently located an image of the SixthSense with Mylar used that I believe was originally created by Davide Equizzi. I am not 100% sure.

I created a plan and pattern set that pays homage to the original design with a slight change to panel#6 being left as its original design for a larger Mylar window which I preferred.

I just wanted to make sure I respect any guidelines established by the community to properly acknowledge the original design by Davide Equizzi and if there is any other possible issues I might run into by making such changes before I build this version for myself or release the modified A0 plans.

Thanks!

Davide will really have to be the one to answer... as it is his design of course.  Building one for yourself is typically not a problem, but I would definitely seek his approval if you intend on making the full scale plans available in their modified state for the public.  I do like the mylar center panel by the way... if he gives you the go-ahead, I may make an UL in that fashion.

If making one for myself causes no issue then I'll green light my build.  I'll see if I can get a PM to him to just make sure.  Thanks.
