One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Does anybody know if the North Coast Stunt Kite Games (Maumee Bay, OH) is happening this year? Unable to find any info. Not listed on AKA and Google search was fruitless.

I haven't heard anything, but I'll ask my local club members and see if anyone has some info.

There is a kite festival reminiscent of the Games and it is still on the third weekend in July, this year the 19th - 21st. The festival is a Maumee Bay State Park event now as the Black Swamp Air Force is pretty much dead. The festival goes on much as it has, the crowd is the same folks and we still have a good time except we no longer have the big tent or the auction.

From the Parks perspective itís a go. Third weekend in July as always. 7/19-21. Anyone has any questions, please let me know. It has been on the calendar of events since last fall.
