One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I was wondering how many of these popular kites had been around.

So would you please state:

How many Nirvanas you have owned.

How many Nirvanas you still own.

To be fair, I'll start it off.

None and none. (Sorry, always liked the Opium a bit more)

Bonus points if you have ever owned the brown version or a custom.  Smiley

Not mine. Although I admire the break in conformity it offers.  Smiley

I've got a long history with this kite - it's like a guy who keeps re-marrying his ex wife!  Smiley

I've had 3 (past tense), here they are.  I really miss having sold the second one - quite a looker!

First one:

Second one:

Third one:

I still have this one, although it is an NFX:

Love it!  It's one of the few non-Lam kites that I've kept.

It's among my favorite r-sky, along with the KFX which may be my favorite.

I believe I owned this one at one time.  But it has moved on.  I don't have one in my bag anymore.

None and None.

Though I have flown a Nirvana SUL and an NFX Standard, I would consider getting an NFX. Fun kite
