One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

Flying Tom Patterson’s demo kite - Black Pearl Pro by Level One Kites - on a beautiful sunny winter day at Gas Works Park in Seattle.  The wind was perfect that day.  Tom was generous enough not only let me fly his kite, but also filmed multiple sessions of my flying with my iphone of which this video was made.  Your opinion on music used for the video will be greatly appreciated (see the poll above).

To give credit where it is due, Frazer made this wonderful kite available for us in the Seattle area to try out.   

I do think you have developed a good relationship with the kite my friend!  .   Keep on keepin on!

Thanks Adam!  Tom mentioned that you had not spent much time on your Orange BP UL.  I really would like to see your vidoe flying it.  Too bad I did not have a chance to fly it before Tom shipped it out to you  .  Please do a few JLs for me next time you fly it

Yes...Cannot thank enough as there will be no such a vidoe without Frazer's help...I think I am making progress on my flying skills...mostly by observing your flying and watching vidoes.  Great southerly wind 8 to 10 mph tomorrow morning and will be sunny as well...I will see you at Gas Works Park.

No i really havnt had the black pearl in good enuf wind to really decide how i feel about it. The short time i have flown it i was overall impressed with it but i did find myself snagging the tail a bit.
I will have to get some footage soon!

Orange will look really good in white snow where you live or in gray Seattle sky where Tom and I fly  .  Cannot wait to see your vidoe footage..
