One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

I have been working on this for almost a year... bringing everyone together was easier than it looks.   Jon Trennophol had all the Kite Flyers who wanted to fly.  The Beach Supervisor wanted something different.  I worked the middle.

The obvious is we intend on making this a Yearly Event.  It was a nice day and things worked out Great !!!!

Good Karma is when you give something back.  The Beach has given me hours of uninterrupted wind and sunsets.  It gives me a place of peace within itself.  Some of the video is giving the back to the Beach.  Cleaning her up and dressing her for a good time.  One clip shows a Bowl spinning on a line with boats on the water... kinda says what I am trying to say....

It's almost 27 minutes long... It's a Kite Fest ... Used some Bob Seager background ( he's from Ann Arbor Michigan....nears Steve's)

People drove as far as three hours away... July 2nd we have been invited to fly at their Fireworks and 35 piece Brass Band performance.  Devin is even playing his horn.  The park is also asking for a August Kite Fest ....  We may just do it again this summer... ( It was nice seeing the guys happy.   They all usually have to do the long distance traveling.  This was in their backyard.

Welcome to my flying park.... Enjoy !!!!
