One of the most popular sections of the GWTW Forum has long been the Swap Meet.  A great place to sell old, seldom flown kites or to get great deals on used (gently flown) kites.  Only registered users can see the Swap Meet section, let alone wheel and deal.  1000's (literally) of kites have changed hands thanks to the Swap Meet.
There are several more benefits to being a registered user, but you'll have to join our little community to find out all the "secrets".

So, today I got in a splendid amount of flying in some great wind .  I took the opportunity to spend some time with my rsky toxic, which I have never really jived with., but always had lousy wind and used it as an excuse to put the kite away.  After yoday, I'm looking for solutions to alter frame and bridle in order to get some more stability... i would really be happy if I could just get a good snappy half axel out of it and cut some decent square corners.

My initial thoughts are to scrap the lower spreaders, replace them with slightly shorter 5pt tapered (originals are p300s).  Then add about 2cm of length to the inner standoffs.  Let me know if you think this will have me moving in the right direction...even if you don't own a toxic, I wouldnt mind hearing your opinion on how to get more precision out of a pretty twitchy freeslyle kite.

You're asking us to help you build a kite?

What can we tell you that you don't know better than us?

More Precision?
  Straighter leading edge.
  Lower aspect ratio.
Wider tow points on the bridle.
Add standoff near the leading edge.
  Remove leech line.
Lock your elbows to your sides when you fly.

Thanks John, that's basically the direction I'm headed in...I just thought maybe someone could save me the trial and error i'm about to go through if they had already modded their own toxic.
